The Trustees of Keswick in Wales recently came to an important decision regarding the future of Keswick in Wales.
Those of you who have been coming for several years will have noticed that the numbers attending have increasingly dwindled. A number of our trustees are of advanced age and we have been unable to identify any suitable new candidates. There are few if any young people or young couples attending our convention now. Financially, we have only managed our costs by the very kind gifts from an anonymous donor. There are various other such conferences going on in Wales and elsewhere in the UK offering opportunities for us all to receive spiritual blessing.
So, regrettably, we are NOT planning to have a Keswick in Wales Convention after the 2025 convention. This is not to say it’s gone forever, but it does mean it will not continue in its present form.
Although we are sad that something we love is coming to an end, we see this year’s convention as an opportunity to give thanks to God for what He has done through Keswick in Wales. It has been a great blessing to the folk in Wales and elsewhere for well over 100 years, and many thousands have known life changing blessings. We would want to gladly acknowledge God’s faithfulness and kindness to us. And also, to thank God for all the faithful supporters who have attended over the years.
